How secured is my information?
We keep your information highly secured and almost all of the programs are fully automated so does not need human interaction in most of the cases. Your information is kept secured in a hosting server secured with password.
When this website first launched?
This website first launched on 19 April, 2008. Since that time we established highly satisfactory customer services and gained thousands of satisfied users with 100% server uptime and 24 hours a day open services.
How long this website will stay free?
The features you are now using as free will stay absolutely free in the future. However we may launch few special services separate from free services those will be available only for the paid users. But those are free be assured that those will be absolutely free of any charges all time.
How reliable is this site in case of data loss?
The site and all the information is hosted in a dedicated server. Our server has two separate hard drives and all the information saved in these two hard drives separately in real time. If you want to know more how this technology works please google 'raid hard drives'. Apart from that our automated backup system creates backup of all data and stores into another physically separated secured storage server.
What will happen if uptothesky ever closes its services?
We don't think this will ever be closed. If such thing ever happens we will inform you prior and return you all your information in a format that you can reuse.
How can I delete my account and all of my data permanently from this site?
If you wish to do not use uptothesky services anymore and you want to delete your account as well as all of your data you can do it by selecting menu Members -> Options -> Close Account. You will be prompted to enter your password to close your account. Once you close your account all of your user information and all of your data will be deleted permanently and completely.
